Melissa Marte, APRN-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Health Wellness Centers in Tampa, Florida. She was born and raised in Miami, FL and her background is from the Dominican Republic. Melissa has over 8 years of clinical experience. She has a Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing that she obtained from University of South Florida. After spending many years in the acute care setting at AdventHealth, she obtained her MS in Nursing from Columbus State University and obtained her AANP board certification. As a nurse practitioner, she specialized in cardiovascular medicine for 3 years before pursuing her passion of preventative and wellness medicine. 

Her true passion is helping patients with their weight loss goals. She strives to educate her clients and make them feel the most comfortable. She provides a thorough and comprehensive treatment plan, recognizing that each treatment is individualized based on the client’s goals. 

Melissa’s expertise involves developing personalized care plans for each client ensuring their concerns are addressed.

When she is not at the office, Melissa enjoys traveling to new places both near and abroad, attending concerts and spending time with her family and friends   

Olimpia Nowak, is a Registered Nurse with five years clinical experience. Olimpia obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ECPI University in Lake Mary, Florida. Olimpia also received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Northern Iowa. She then pursued a Master of Science  in Sport Management from Kent State University. 

Olimpia moved to the United States from Poland to pursue her track and field career. Olimpia competed in heptathlon and finished her college career as a six times All American Division I track and field athlete. She represented Poland multiple times on an international stage as a heptathlete. 

Olimpia’s first profession was as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Augusta State University and Kent State University. She is also a certified personal trainer. 

Olimpia's nursing career started in neurology/spine department. Over the last few years, she worked in an acute hospital setting as a travel nurse.  

During her free time, Olimpia spend time with her dog named Boomer, uncovering different fitness approaches, and traveling.

Olimpia’s biggest passion is to help people achieve their goal in their journey of wellness, fitness, and health.

Raven Hasiak is a Registered Nurse at Health Wellness Centers in Tampa, FL. Raven comes with over 3 years of clinical nursing experience. She has always been native to Florida and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Rasmussen College in Land O’ Lakes, FL. She is well versed in different clinical settings and various patient populations. Most of her nursing experience comes from working on Medical-Surgical floors in the hospital. Raven has also worked a travel contract in a school setting where she supervised other nurses and conducted mandatory health screenings for children. Before nursing, Raven worked in childcare, as she has always enjoyed taking care of others. One of Raven’s passions besides nursing is dancing. She was a dancer for many years and has always enjoyed being active and living a healthy lifestyle. When Raven is not working, you can find her spending most of her time with friends, family, and her sweet pup named Hallie. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially spending time at the beach. Raven has a strong desire to educate clients and help them attain their ultimate health and wellness goals.

 A master’s prepared registered nurse with over 30 years of critical care experience. Presently  working as a nurse coach seeking national accreditation and certification in the field of  integrative and holistic nursing. As a nurse coach, I work with clients in the present moment  and focus on the future. Working with clients to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create  action plans for successful outcomes is my passion. My commitment to client-centered care guides and empowers those seeking change for better overall health and wellness. The focus is  on lifestyle transformation and health promotion to create a healthier and happier YOU.  

Lori Ellis, LMT is a compassionate licensed massage therapist with over a decade of dedicated experience. She has a profound desire to promote natural healing and provide support to those seeking better health.

Lori’s career transition from nursing to massage therapy was prompted by the birth of her twins, one of whom has Down syndrome.  This life-changing experience ignited her passion for promoting well-being and helping others on their healing journeys.  She embarked on her educational path at Oakland Community College, where she diligently completed over 800 hours of classroom coursework and dedicated more than 360 hours of hands-on training

Throughout her life, Lori’s unwavering commitment to nurturing well-being and assisting others has been a guiding force.  She has dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of those facing various health challenges.  Lori’s professional journey has taken her to rehabilitation centers, where she worked closely with traumatic brain injury patients, and chiropractic centers, where she provided relief and healing to car accident victims, fibromyalgia suffers, post-surgery patients, and those battling chronic headaches, back pain, anxiety, and stress.

Lori’s expertise spans a wide range of techniques, allowing her to tailor each session to her client’s unique needs and goals.  Her skill set includes Medicupping , craniosacral therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, bamboo massage, and the therapeutic benefits of stretching.

When Lori is not working, she finds joy in spending time with her husband and 3 children, embarking on exciting travel adventures, exploring the great outdoors through hiking and biking, paddling the waters in her Kayak, indulging in theatre performances, and listening to music.
